Petition for non-approved programs
Petitions for non-approved/non-affiliated education abroad programs are only considered if students have a compelling academic reason for choosing the non-approved program. Students are not permitted to study abroad in countries with active Department of State travel warnings. Petitions will not be reviewed for participation in a country with an active travel warning. Submitting a petition does not guarantee approval.

the deadline for petitions: one month prior to the Bechtel
International Center's application deadline or the program's deadlines,
whichever comes first.
