McGeorge's Salzburg Study Abroad Program offers a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to study abroad and take a special course not available through any other institution or program. McGeorge is especially honored and proud to offer the “Comparative Legal Systems: Focus on Human Rights” course, where students will have the opportunity to spend time in a 16th century classroom learning from noted scholars, including guest lecturer U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Anthony M. Kennedy (Ret.).
McGeorge was a pioneer in overseas summer law school programs. The law school's long-standing JD Summer Program on International Legal Studies has been operating continuously in the beautiful city of Salzburg, Austria since 1975.
In addition to the undergraduate summer program, McGeorge will continue our European Summer Experience for law students and graduates from the United States and other countries. Undergraduates will have an opportunity to interact with law students and all of the program professors during organized social activities.
